UFIT’s training philosophy stems from sustainable and easy to follow workouts that make you excited about your next session. We believe that your personal training plan should be fun but effective, and therefore fit even the busiest schedule.
Through our over decade long experience in fitness, together with a background in physiotherapy and personal training, we have crafted the best methods to help you not only achieve your dream physique but also become confident, energised and the best version of yourself.

After filling out the form, we will contact you within 24h via WhatsApp. Before getting started, we’ll have an in-depth phone call to discuss your fitness goals and what you want to achieve in your UFIT journey! It’s super important to us that we understand what drives you!

Your Training Program

Regardless of what your starting point is, what you want to achieve or where you want to train (be that at home, at the gym or outdoors) we will tailor a training program that suits your lifestyle. Our approach to fitness takes into consideration not only the workouts and nutrition but also wellness as a whole, including healthy habits and mental wellness.

Check-in

For us to properly be able to follow along with your progress, we will track it on a weekly basis through a check-in which is done in the app. By utilising the weekly check-in, we’ll make sure you stay on track and keep getting closer to your goals!

Nutrition and Diet

It is not a huge secret that your diet plays a huge part in getting you to your goals. At UFIT, we firmly believe that living a busy life should not stand in the way of being able to prepare good and tasty food. We will always tailor your nutrition plan to fit your lifestyle, be that quicker meals that you can enjoy on the go, or food that suits your whole household! Allergies and other dietary restrictions are obviously no problem, we’ll make sure that everything is tailored to your particular needs.

We all need some support from time to time. In other words, need to get that extra push or have any questions regarding your plan or need us to check on your form? No worries, the app’s chat feature is there to help us communicate, motivate and answer any questions you may have.

Por supuesto. Este es mi trabajo a tiempo completo al que dedico mucho tiempo y esfuerzo, así que por supuesto es un servicio que cuesta dinero. El coste es de unas 1400-2000 SEK al mes, dependiendo de la modalidad que elijas (se discute durante las llamadas de consulta), por lo que debes estar dispuesto a invertir en ti mismo mensualmente para que esta modalidad sea adecuada para ti.

Este programa no es adecuado para estudiantes de secundaria. Esto se debe a que el programa es una inversión y requiere que usted tenga un ingreso / trabajo, además de su beca de estudiante. El programa también está relacionado con la dieta y el ejercicio, y se espera que seas capaz de cocinar tus propias comidas.

No ejecutamos ningún programa durante 6 meses, por lo que es necesario estar preparado para correr juntos durante este periodo para obtener resultados a largo plazo. No trabajo con soluciones rápidas ni a corto plazo, en las que puedas abandonar el programa al cabo de unos meses, sino que, si corremos, lo hacemos a largo plazo para obtener los mejores resultados.

El programa es adecuado para aquellos que quieren recibir entrenamiento en dieta y ejercicio y obtener un enfoque holístico de su salud. Sin embargo, quiero dejar claro que no soy ni psicóloga, ni especialista en trastornos de la alimentación ni nada parecido, por lo que en este caso te recomiendo que acudas a otros especialistas. Mi coaching es principalmente adecuado para aquellos que, por ejemplo, están listos para un viaje cuando se trata de construir músculos, perder peso o crear un estilo de vida saludable a través de la dieta, el ejercicio y la mentalidad correcta.

We do NOT believe that you need to live at the gym or go running at 5am in order to reach your fitness goals. Fitness should be sustainable and our goal is to help you make this a lifelong lifestyle without the need to sacrifice your favourite foods or free time.
