You have been directed to this page and selected to take up UFIT coaching at a more affordable rate (without the 1:1 aspect). We believe you would be better suited to start with a beginner’s training plan where you will learn the basics of UFIT and get you ready to jump onboard the 1:1 coaching at a later stage!

While the beginner plan does not have the personal coaching to start with, you will get a 4 week plan that will help you get started and will help you build;

  • stronger glutes and legs; and
  • a stronger core with ab-workouts that will PUSH you

After completing the beginner plan, you will be able to upgrade your plan to our premium coaching!
